Open Air Cinema

For the past three years, I have really really wanted to get tickets to the St George Open Air Cinema...a movie in the Botanical Gardens overlooking the city and the opera house and harbour bridge. The tickets go on sale in Dec every year and usually sell out within 15 minutes (at least for the good movies). Luckily this year we werent on holiday and I set my alarm for 9am when the ticket sales opened. We got two sets of tickets; Life As You Know It and The Dilema.

Dan & Chez joined us for the first and Aaron & Jenny came along for the second. Its a great set up with tables overlooking the harbour and a great selection of refreshing drinks. The movie screen pops up just as the sun sets.

I just wish we had more tickets because I would love to do it again. It makes for the most amazing night.
