Swiss Markets

My favourite foods Switzerland are cheese, cheese and cheese.  The best cheese is the local cheese and in Zurich you can find it at the markets.  Burkliplatz markets are twice a week and on my way to work.  Oerlikon markets are a bit further away but on Saturdays. 

Last week I picked up some Fresh apple cider, Olive bread, and Pecorino cheese infused with truffle oil.  Delicious.  Grilled olive bread and pecorino cheese sandwiches...even better!  There are so many simple and amazing options with just cheese.
