London Town
This must have been my sixth or so trip to London since moving to Europe but it is great and we have close friends in London.
Summer this year has been a bit of a bummer as the weather kept us from hiking in the mountains or swimming in the lake. Plus I have been miserably sick and in the hospital which has also caused a cancellation of a little beach vacation to Mallorca, Spain. Although I did find out for good reason - Jared and I are expecting a baby boy this winter!
So we wanted to get away and our excuse for heading to London this time was a friend of ours who was living there for the summer.
Since we have been to London numerous times before and were staying in the middle of town, we wanted to simply enjoy life in London and visit friends. We hit up classic English breakfasts, shopping for artwork and cupcakes (for the pregnant lady) at the Shoreditch markets and Camden markets, walking along the canals and Regents Park, and trying to get our fill of Indian dinners. Just what the doctor ordered.
