2016 has been a rollercoaster...
There have been highs (great travels, spending time with family, reuniting with old friends and watching Riley grow). But there have also been some real life stressors (saying goodbye in Switzerland, a huge move across the world, and starting back to work).
But like all rollercoasters, its all worth it in the end. Well its taken six months, but we finally feel like we are settled in. And now we are ready to take on 2017!
We know that this is where we need to be at this time in our lives. We love the relaxed weekends at the beach, our little apartment (especially the views and sunsets) and being able to stroll into town. And we are looking forward to growing roots here.
Eventually we will need to upgrade our digs but for now we have decorated our rental apartment with lots of soft touches and tons of storage.
