Brussels to Paris

Last weekend, we were so blessed to be have friends from KPMG Pittsburgh visit Europe.  We met them in Brussels, Belgium.   Belgium waffles, Belgium Chocolate, Belgium Beer, and Belgium mussels!!  Without all that, Brussels wouldnt be much at all but it was still enough to keep us busy.

If you go to Brussels, then a beer tour is a MUST.  Lots of delicious trappist beers straight from the monks themselves.  And we learned alot as well.  We even had the #1 ranked beer in the world, from the Westvleteren monastery.  Its very rare but our tour guide let us into the secret of where to get it.



And then we had a day layover in Paris...my first time!  A day is not anywhere near enough to see much at all so a walking tour of the main sites is the best option.  Such a beautiful city.  So clean and so green.
